Yesterday was North Notts Tech Fest and I was in action talking about Innovation and disruption.  The talk was really well received and look forward to seeing more of the wonderful people that shared my enthusiasm.  The key messages were:

• Innovation does not depend on expertise
• Innovation does not need to be expensive
• It does require a culture change in most organisations
• Innovation is nearly always bottom up, but needs support from the top to flourish.
